I wanted to ask how easy it is to order from Ecuagenera USA ( not the Ecuador site ) and how quickly they ship the plants. I’ve been sending them mails but to no avail. Also, I’m assuming one doesn’t need import certificate / documents if one wants to order plants in San Jose, CA.

2021.10.24 16:08 complicated_girl How to stock faster and not take 3 hours in 1 pallet

Hi. So I have only been working for a week as an overnight stocker. Every night I have been working different areas. I started at apparel, seasonal, stationary and party supplies, toys. I have noticed that at every station I take about 3 hours just to do 1 pallet I feel like I might get fired. Is there a way for me to stock faster. I know some cases I have to scan to see where it goes because it doesn’t have its location outside so It takes more time. What should I do? To stock faster and finish more pallets. They always send me help and I feel bad.

2021.10.24 16:08 gautam145 LPT : WHY TO INVEST IN MUTUAL FUNDS

WHAT ARE MUTUAL FUNDS
In simple words, a mutual fund is a pool of funds, that is managed by some professional fund manager. The money of this fund is directly or indirectly invested in stocks or bonds of carefully selected companies or some securities.
Let us understand it more. Suppose some person has invested in XYZ mutual fund. Now the XYZ mutual fund is a conglomeration of stocks of say, 20 companies A, B, C….so on. This is called the portfolio of that XYZ mutual fund. This portfolio may have invested let’s say 2% in A, 5% in B, 3.5% in C, and so on as per the Fund manager’s discretion.
Now if a person invests Rs 200 in XYZ mutual fund, he is indirectly investing Rs 4 in company A (2% of Rs 200), Rs 10 in company B (5% of Rs 200), Rs 7 in company C (3.5% of Rs 200) and so on.
This division of portfolio among various shares depends upon its fund manager and so its performance.
WHY MUTUAL FUNDS As the Repo rates and Reverse Repo rates are continuously decreasing, it is a bad choice to keep your hard-earned money in Bank savings accounts these days.
Let us understand it this way.
Suppose you have Rs 1,00,000 in your Bank account in January 2021. You kept that money ideal for 1 year, and it became 1,03,000 in January 2022 (3% being present interest offered by any standard bank). Have you made a profit?
NO! You have incurred a loss. Surprised.!!!???
Your money grew by 3% but the inflation has increased by 6% in 1 year. The value of Rs 1 lakh is not the same in January 2022 as it was in January 2021.
WHERE TO INVEST THEN? INVESTMENT OPTIONS: –

  1. FIXED DEPOSIT SCHEMES (5-6%)
  2. PEOPLE PROVIDENT FUND (7.1%)
  3. POST OFFICE SAVING SCHEMES (6-7%)
  4. SUKANYA SAMRIDHI YOJANA (7.6%)
  5. SENIOR CITIZEN SAVING SCHEME (7.4%)
  6. GOLD BONDS etc.
But to your utter surprise, the maximum rate of interest offered by these investment options range between 6-7 %. Whereas, a good mutual fund yields an average of 12-14% interest rate.
Let us understand it this way. A mutual fund is linked to the stock market. If we analyze data, Sensex has generated an average return of 15% over the last 40 years since its inception. Isn’t it amazing? There were times when the market crashed down. but in the long run, it has always yielded excellent results.
If someone had invested Rs 1,00,000 (one lakh), 40 years ago and left it to grow. It would have become Rs 2,67,00,000 (Rs 2.67 crores) as of now.!!!
TYPES OF MUTUAL FUNDS. BASED ON EASE OF INVESTMENT: 1.OPEN ENDED FUND: Investors have the freedom to enter or exit at any time as per will. There is no limit on no units to be purchased. This fund is good for liquidity.
2.CLOSE ENDED FUND: These types have pre-decided unit capital amounts and can be purchased only on some specified dates. Investors have to wait for maturity to exit.
3. INTERVAL FUNDS: Mixed characters of both the funds permit investments at a certain time. Investors can trade when investment windows open up.
BASED ON ASSETS IN WHICH FUNDS ARE INVESTED. 1. EQUITY FUNDS: This type of fund directly invests in a company’s stocks and performs as the stock market does. Further, they are divided into the following types.
  1. Large caps
  2. Large and Mid-caps
  3. Mid-Caps
  4. Small caps
  5. Multi Caps
  6. Dividend Yields
  7. Focused Funds
  8. ELSS
  9. Sectoral funds etc.
2. DEBT FUNDS: This type of mutual fund invests into into fixed-income securities such as corporate bonds, government securities, and treasury bills. They offer stability and regular income with moderate risk. They are further divided based on the duration of investments.
3. HYBRID FUNDS: This is a mixture of both Equity and Debt fund. They are further divided into 7 categories.
BASED ON INVESTMENT GOALS: – 1. TAX SAVING FUNDS (ELSS): – Equity Linked Saving Schemes are funds that invest mainly in equity or equity-based schemes. They are best known as Tax saving funds as the investment up to a maximum of Rs 1,50,000 is eligible for tax exemption under 80C of the income tax act. They have also the shortest lock-in period of all investments made for the purpose of tax saving.
2. GROWTH FUNDS:- Funds that are mainly invested in high-performing stocks with the aim of wealth creation comes under Growth Funds. They are attractive investment options for capital appreciation.
3. PENSION FUNDS: These funds generate regular income at fixed intervals of time.
4. CAPITAL PROTECTION FUNDS: Partially invested in equities and rest in fixed income securities, these funds ensure capital protection with minimal risk.
There are many more classifications based on various parameters.
INDIA MUTUAL FUND DATA As per AMFI, Associations of Mutual Funds in India, the total no of accounts (or folios) on 30th September 2021 stood at 11.17 crores. Wherein the maximum investment is from retails segment stood at 9.16 crores.
The Asset under Management (AUM) of Indian MF has grown from 15.80 trillion as of September 2016 to 36.74 trillion as of September 2021, more than twice, in a span of 05 years.
MUTUAL FUNDS ARE RESTRICTED TO BIG CITIES ONLY:- 1. LACK OF AWARENESS Small cities do not have exposure to Mutual Fund Distributors. People in villages still don’t know how to use the Internet and thus find it hard to collect information about it. Lack of literacy also plays an important role in ending up with low-interest rate generating schemes.
2. TRUST ISSUES As it is linked with the market, the volatility is high. There is everyday fluctuation in NAV (Net Asset Value) and thus in overall investments. People are using conservative ways of investments and thus find it hard to trust some new investment schemes.
3. LACK OF FINANCIAL INTELLIGENCE Indian education does not include financials as a subject. People do not understand the difference between saving and investing. This leads to the incapability of the common man to know the cons of low-interest rates. Financial independence is totally a new concept for us.
4. CHASING RETURNS, NOT GOALS. We lack patience and always look for either safe or quick returns. Mutual funds work on the principle of Compounding and hence demand Time. People here get happy if the investment gains but quickly withdraws once it starts going down.
5. SAFE PLAYERS We Indians are safe players. We trust more on fixed interest rates. It doesn’t matter whether the returns are small.
WAYS OF INVESTMENTS: SIP (Systematic Investment Planning) It is an investment method wherein an individual can invest a small amount regularly after a fixed interval of time. You have to choose an amount and a date on which money is to be deposited (or debited) and thus sit back and relax. Use a SIP CALCULATOR to see your returns.
1. DISCIPLINE – It helps in maintaining financial discipline as you bind yourself and thus helps in wealth creation over a long period of time.
2. FLEXIBILITY – It offers flexibility as an investor is free to increase or decrease (or may close) his SIP amount at any point of time.
3. CONVENIENCE It is easy to invest in SIPs as the plan can be activated from anywhere just using your phone or computer.
4. LOWER RISK As the amount is invested over a long period of time, the whole investment corpus is averaged in long term neglecting the volatility of the market.
LUMPSUM Lumpsum investment means putting an amount of money in one go at a time. There is no restriction (as in SIP) to invest on a fixed date and a fixed amount. You are free to infuse an amount as per your will in an MF scheme.
MUTUAL FUNDS VS STOCKS Stocks are still said to be the no. 1 investment when it comes to returns generation. But there are many advantages which Mutual funds have over Stock investments.
1. DIVERSIFIED PORTFOLIO A mutual fund is an accumulation of various equity funds (indirectly various companies and thus has exposure in various sectors. Suppose one sector doesn’t make a profit, the others are still present to balance. In the stock market, your money is invested directly in one company’s stock. When that stock goes down, your entire investment will.
2. DOES NOT NEED REGULAR CHECKS The stock market is not something that you can forget, once you have invested in a stock. Mutual funds give that freedom. You don’t need to track every minute’s ups and downs as is the case with the Stock market.
3. PROFESSIONAL MANAGEMENT Stocks need regular checks and thus self-involvement. One needs to be updated every day or say every minute which needs attention. In MFs you hand over your money to a Fund, which is managed by a professional fund manager.
4. TAX BENEFITS Mutual Fund offers Tax exemption investments with a minimum lock-in period of 03 (three) years. Stocks do not have such schemes as per till yet.
5. NO NEED OF EXPERTISE Stock investment needs an understanding of the stock market, company’s profile, financial reports, annual reports, Profit/loss balance sheets. While one can directly invest in a mutual fund without having any proper knowledge of investment or the above-mentioned terms.
So, what are you waiting for? Start investing.

Anyone have an older version of BL2 Reborn? I have the current one that's on the Nexus and I want to modify it a bit. I specifically looking for the Loot Drop Chance part of it, I remember you can edit the drop of all legendaries and what not through that string of text.
If no one has it that's ok.
